Dear Mr. Wolfgang Lorenz,
This weekend I have "done" your ELAC "Einschub". The real problem was that there was an oil saturation inside which softened the rubber damper seriously. In principle, there was no damping. I have removed the square, very glitzy damper, cleaned all by washing in alcohol, and replaced with a new one incl. an extra damping pad at front to reposition the cantilever again. All works fine again. You might need a bit extra trackingforce now because this new damper needs to run in.
Mr. Dick Verschuur, our cartridge controller, will inform you later.
